Your first visit
WHAT HAPPENS AT YOUR TRIAL?
Meet your coach, get comfortable and try kickboxing with guidance throughout. New and returning members are welcome.
- Wear comfortable clothes, bring water and arrive ten minutes early.
- Your coach explains the techniques before you practise with pads and drills.
- Parents can stay for their child’s trial. Regular classes are for participants only.
- Sparring is a separate, optional class.
Your trial is free. Regular classes last one hour; trials may be shorter.
